Most stay-at-home moms have busy schedules and can’t make it to the gym. But they can still get a good workout with the help of some great workouts. Even if you don’t have time to go to the gym, working out three times a week will do wonders for you both mentally and physically. Whether you’re a stay-at-home mom or not, there are many different ways to work out.

Include workouts with daily tasks

Try to combine workouts with everyday tasks. You can start your workout by jogging or biking to the store, or you can mix it in with your daily chores. If you don’t have time for a full workout, do your laundry in one go instead of doing it a couple of times. If you have kids, you can include them in your workout. You can also work on your strength by lifting your child or combining it with extra moves.

One of the most effective workouts for stay-at-home moms is a plank exercise. To do this exercise, you must stand and bend your knees. Bring your hands to the floor in front of your feet. Jump your feet to your hands and back to your feet. Repeat the sequence 10 times. You can increase the time to complete this exercise by doing it for 10 minutes or more.
